D'Ieteren has two key commitments:
Help to protect the environment by halving our business's carbon footprint by 2025. Reducing our carbon footprint will require the sustainable management of all our buildings and consumables as well as a greener mobility policy. Electrification, teleworking, videoconferencing and multimodality are just some of the avenues that will help us to reach our goal. From 2021, we will also be offsetting our CO2 emissions through reforestation and environmental conservation programmes.
Promote inclusive growth by fostering equal opportunities and diversity within the company, from recruitment to career development, as well as through regular awareness initiatives. Diversity in all its forms (gender, background, age, etc.) is a source of creativity as it encourages multiple perspectives and helps to boost innovation.
